Well, I did something rather sagey today. When we went into Safeway to buy some various items I talked in a Scottish accent the whole time. And people took me seriously! It was great. Well, I think people took me seriously. Anyways, I've always thought that a good Scottish Brogue can make anything sound deftly serious and outrageously funny at the same time. Like the phrase, "It must be burnt!". Imagine a Scottish person saying that! It's just funny if you say it fast, but say it a bit slower it sounds so incredibly serious that you laugh. I shouldn't pick on the Scots though, they rock. I love the Scots! For the clans! Raise the colors! Fix bayonets! Highland Charge!!!! Ok, I'm over it. And now for something comepletely different, a quote from a song I like:
