Another Play Bites the Dust

Well, we finished the last performance of the play last night. It's too bad. There were some really cool actors and I found out one of the families (of cool people) lives only a couple miles from our house. I look forward to playing smash bros. (melee) with them. I'm always sad when a show is over though

It ain't easy to say goodbye, darlin please,
don't start to cry,
cause girl you know I've got to go,
o, and lord, I wish it wasn't so.

Yes, the show is done, we will all miss her, until another one comes and takes her place in all our minds and hearts.

Grand Canyon

Well, we went to Grand Canyon again yesterday, and it was spectacular as ever! "The Big Ditch" (as my grandpa once called it) is as big and incredible as it was last time. I actually think I was able to appreciate it more this time than last time, mostly because it was much balmier. wow, I don't believe that's how its spelled. "Balmier". Who woulda thunk it. Anyways...

We have more performances this weekend, starting tonight. I better eat a good dinner. And that'll be all for now. Thanks and goodnight. Or good morning, as it may be.

Axis & Allies 2

Well, just thought I'd make a note here, we played A&A again today, I was Japan, and Axis won. Barely. The game really came down to the wire, with Russia falling early, then Britain taking emptied Germany, and being immediately repulsed. It was wild. Anyways, first weekend of the play went well. Also we think that the Japanese emperor was some short tan oriental guy with Harry Potter glasses. And so we think he's cool and weird. Also there's this one part in the play where there's supposed to be party noise in the background, and on Sunday evening's performance they played "Can't Touch This" low over the sound system and somebody yelled "Yea Verily!" from offstage. It was hilarious. It was all I could do to keep from breaking down laughing. Heartily. And that's all for tonight.
